We accept returns on unused, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all custom-made pieces and items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for return or exchange.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 1 hour of purchase.
